I help people to develop mental resilience for coping with challenges, and teach practical tools that enable new courses of action in their personal lives.

I am Michal's husband and father of Naama, Maayan and Itay. For a decade of my professional life I worked in High-Tech as an entrepreneur, engineer and a senior Product Manager. I'm a certified financial consultant and the creator of "The First Economy Lesson" nonprofit social enterprise.

For the most part of my life I used to mark and achieve goals, but this path I took didn't set me free, achievements didn't improve the relationships I had with my closest relatives, and success didn't make anger and frustration go away.

My inner voice told me that stopping means setbacks, blinking means losing the game, and observing deep inside yourself instead of towards the horizon means weakness. I was weaker and more brittle than I thought. Despite all those, I carried on like a human machine, as this was the only thing I knew how to do better than others. That gave me comfort and confidence. I kept on going without stopping, relentlessly.

One clear July day, back in 2019 - in somewhat of a symbolic date 24/7 - my wife and older daughter were injured in a car crash, escaping death by an inch, and suffered from mild injuries. This tectonic move gave room for listening and compassion, and allowed me to stop and reflect about my contribution to the very state I was in, and whether my life - despite all of its material richness - is worth living. I pondered the true value of my existence for the sake of humanity, my capabilities and desires.

With a smile on my face I decided to listen to my heart rather than to a tired mind and allowed myself to stop. I gave myself a few wonderful presents, and the biggest of all was a Satya coach training program. I'm excited to serve as an instructor in this journey for others too.

Satya

Satya (in Sanskrit: "pure truth"), is a coaching method which is primarily a way of life, that puts emphasis on calmness in people's lives, on self reflection and awareness through who people choose to be through their life circumstances, rather than on what they need to do in order to change them.

The process is based on a unique listening model, which involves direct yet simple questions, and gives a rare opportunity to inspect the gap between what we desire and what we have.

In the course of this process, new ways of getting familiar with feelings and sensations are taught, and new possibilities of choice arise, which couldn't be spotted prior to that.
